On March 17 in Kaluga, in the new building of the K.E. Tsiolkovsky State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics the ceremony of awarding the winners of the open All-Russian architectural competition for the development of the concept of landscaping of the new modern housing estate "THE ISLANDS" was held. Borisov Architects project was awarded a special diploma of the jury in the category "Art Space "Garden" for consistency of urban development concept". Borisov Architects were among the winners in the category "Art Space "Pipe" and took the second place.
