The comfort-class residential complex is designed on the territory of a former warehouse area. At the same time, its location is extremely favorable - Seligerskaya metro station is being built within walking distance from it, and there is a park nearby.
The main residential area, which developed mainly in the 1960s-1980s, is located on the street adjacent to the object: in relation to these houses, one can speak of a fairly dense, but chaotic development. It was the "friability" of the local urban environment that prompted the authors to create a strict, clearly structured dominant.
The architectural concept of the complex is based on the dynamic intersection of horizontal and vertical elements. The strict and at the same time self-sufficient architectural appearance of the building is formed by the facade grid, “assembled” from vertically oriented modules united by two floors.
Beige large-format ceramic slabs were chosen as the main facing material. The combination of a clear rhythm of the grid and warm in its range, tactilely pleasing material gives the facade harmonious, human-scale proportions. The enlargement of the modules in the area of the first floors additionally emphasizes the modernity and openness of the complex at the pedestrian level.

As the chief architect of the project, he implemented several objects, including the project for the integrated development of the Imeretinskaya lowland in Sochi. He also became a co-author of a number of projects for the reconstruction and restoration of historical buildings in Moscow (objects in Appendix No 01-03
Since 2014, he has become part of the SPEECH team again. Until 2022, he was the head of Workshop No 5. During his work in SPEECH, in collaboration with Sergey Tchoban, more than 40 were designed and more than 20 objects were implemented
In 2022, he organized his own architectural bureau "Borisov Architects", which performs a full range of design and construction support (designer's supervision). The bureau's projects are based on the principle of creating unique objects, the external aesthetics and functional thoughtfulness of which will remain relevant for many years.
